DEcarb™ tablets

DEcarb™ contains Phaselite™ a highly concentrated glycoprotein complex harvested from white kidney beans. It contains no added artificial colourings, flavourings, salt or preservatives.

Duration of use

In accordance with Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, a rest period of 3 - 5 days is recommended after every 30 days of consumption of this Class IIa Medical Device product.

Always use DEcarb™ according to the instructions.

Side effects

DEcarb™ is a certified medical device which exerts a physical rather than biochemical effect on the body. The increase in undigested carbohydrates may lead to flatulence (passing of gas) in some individuals during the first few days of consumption. This is not a cause for concern and will reduce as your body adapts.

Contraindications

Please consult your healthcare professional before taking DEcarb™ if you are diabetic. DEcarb™ may lower plasma glucose levels which consequently results in insulin excretion. Diabetic patients may have to adjust their daily anti-diabetic treatment to avoid hypoglycemic attacks.

DEcarb™ contains an active ingredient derived from beans. DEcarb™ must not be used if a hypersensitivity to beans or their derivatives products is known. If in doubt please consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.

Warnings

  • Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
  • Not recommended for children under 18 unless under medical supervision.
  • Do not take DEcarb during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
  • Do not take this product if your BMI (Body Mass Index) is below 18.5.
