If the item(s) you are returning is faulty or due to an error on our
part, we will give you the FREEPOST address to return the item(s)
to us. Please retain receipt of return postage as it may be required.
If an item is returned for an exchange, the cost of returning the
item to us is the responsibility of the customer. If a returned order
is not received back by us, the customer must provide proof of
postage to receive a refund/credit/exchange.We recommend that
all returns be sent via recorded delivery to cover the cost if it gets
lost in transit.
If a complete order is returned to us, we will promptly
refund/credit the original delivery costs once the product has
arrived and is deemed to be in unused and good condition.
